SAM Event Log Template

I have successfully created custom templates for Event Viewer monitoring before, however cannot get his one to trigger. Any ideas?

Finally figured it out. I noticed my new SAM monitor would not fit on one line on the SAM Summary page. I shortened the word Informational to Info for that. That caused my application name not to match the alert any longer. I edited the application name in the alert and now it triggers as expected.

OK, I see the entries in the Events list so it is in the alert logic.

This worked for me set up the template and used the same alert logic.

Thanks for the feedback. I can test fire the alert successfully, and in testing the event shows up however my alert will not trigger. Driving me nuts...
