Reports - Excluding Maintenance Windows

Within the 'Time Frame' tab of 'Report Writer' I noticed that there is an “Advanced Feature” available to exclude maintenance windows. I attempted to follow the link however the link dead.

Is it possible to get this information without creating more than one report?

I went through numerous forum posts and I originally thought Report Scheduler was going to help me complete the task however I have come to find that is not the case.

The purpose of the report is to show weekly available excluding a maintenance window. Does someone like a Don Yonce or Network Guru have any input on that? Thanks.

If you have yearly maintenance, then just go into the customer section & download the Report Writer Exclusions file. It does exactly what you are looking for.

I downloaded the Report Writer Exclusions file and I am still not able to structure a single report that will grab the information I need with the maintenance window excluded.

I'm not able to find any specific examples, the report needs to show weekly available exluding the hours of 9am - 12 pm on Monday mornings all other hours and days need to be reported on.

Any ideas?
