Interface Downtime and Availability - Incorrect

Hi, Does any one have this issue where the interface is up for sometime already (>1 hour) but the Downtime shows status as "unknown"?

I have just had one of our response team very confused with the same problem, who has spent the last few minutes with a now equally confused customer.

The Interface is up everywhere (including the interface table) but not in this widget.

Also the downtime is out by about 4 hours.

I have confirmed that the widget is looking at the correct interface (http://sol01ori01/Orion/DetachResource.aspx?view=InterfaceDetails&ResourceID=591&NetObject=I:38828)

I had this issue as well, and changing the interface downtime resource from 1 week to 24 hours it looks normal again. Perhaps there's a bug with it loading the interface status for the last week?

It is a known bug, edit the view, delete the Interface Downtime widget and save the view.

Then edit the view again, re-add the widget, save and it works again.

Oh my, I didn't realised that changing to last 24hours looks more accurate. Will further monitor.

I am still pending update from tech support.
