Is there somewhere I can download -Google Map resource . I see some posts about it but cannot locate the download.

As Denny mentions in this post, we have chosen to make significant improvements to Map Maker in Orion 9.5 rather than get involved in Google contract issues.
Any date on 9.5 release, did not see it in the other post
