Adding Node

If I set SNMP Security to "Accept SNMP packets from these host" on my target W2k3 server with the IP address of my Orion server I receice the folloing message "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is currently down, unreachable, or Public is not a valid SNMP community string. If I set security to accept SNMP Packets from any host it works. Help
