I'm trying to use the search VMs With Misaligned Disk Volumes and the result came out empty. I know I have VMs with Misaligned Disk Volumes. Can anyone help me to get it work?

You will need to enable WMI collections on Windows machines in order to collect the alignment data.

Once WMI collection has been configured, is there a way to see that it is working?Also, how do you build a view to see misalignment?

You can see which windows machines you are collecting WMI from with the following query
vm.guestFullName:*Windows* AND vm.env.os.displayName:*
If you go to the content section or try and load a saved search, there should be a search for misaligned VMs.
