Red Hat and HPUX Statistics

I am with a problem to monitor servers Linux and HPUX with the ONPM.

When I go to add a device for the System Manager, I only obtain statistics information for filesystems, ram memory and network interfaces. I do not obtain any information for CPU.

Somebody has some idea?
