Were you able to confirm the following recommendation from your previous post?
Not being able to log in to a 'new' installation using Admin seems to indicate that you may have an existing installation, configured before the one you are presently installing, already on your Orion server. Confirm that you do not have any residual components from a previous installation (evaluation or production) of any other SolarWinds products.
