EnergyWise report accuracy?

I am running Orion NPM v9.5 SP3. I noticed in the release notes that EnergyWise reports are now supposed to accurately determine the IOS compatibility.

However, I am seeing something strange. When I run the EnergyWise Readiness report from Report Writer it shows all of my Cisco devices and IOS as not capable. When I run the same report from the Orion website, the report shows most of my Cisco devices as capable and/or enabled.

How do you explain the discrepancy?
