SERVER ERROR IN '/' APPLICATION when SQL Cluster fails over

Hi We are running a 4 node SQL 2017 cluster with Always on Availability Groups. When testing fail over (moving the Primary node) I get the following error (screenshot) accessing the Orion Console. IS there an additional setting I need to make in the web.config file. Thanks for any help

Looking at that error, its basically saying the application can't display the error it's experiencing remotely.  I wouldn't waste time trying to figure out how to get the error to show up in the GUI, just go directly to the log files for the system and see what errors you are finding there.   Probably would want to have a ticket open with support and send them the diags as well.

From past experience I would say the most common situations I have run into when SQL failover causes orion issues are pointing config wizard to a specific sql server instead of using the correct AG listener address, or sometimes the accounts don't match up between all members of the SQL cluster (includes using the same SID in sql, just creating a login by the GUI with the same name and password does not work).

I'd start my troubleshooting by putting SSMS on your orion server and trying to connect from there to the same address and sql credentials as you are using in the config wizard to see if it gives you any errors.
