Baseline vs Config Conflict sounds like an NCM thing, not NPM?

The equivalent of that I think would be in the newer SCM, Server Configuration Manager?

correct - not sure why there would be a baseline configuration for network devices but not windows - yes scm does have this but would be nice if it were in Solarwinds.
