User question

I presently have about 10 accounts set up that are unrestricted and several others that are restricted by customer id. I now need to add an account that is restricted to the customer (i can do this by by customer id) however want to restrict this account to only a few of my support people. any ideas about how to do this

Have you tried limiting the account based on custom properties?

limiting the account by customer id works to prevent the customer from seeing all the other sites. however, my customer service people are normally allowed to see all sites. I do not want them to be able to see the new sites only

You might try using a Node Added Custom Property
which would likely require some sort of SQL with the
CurrentDate function.
