Unable to create new Custom Poller

Question

Hi everyone,

I am having a hard time creating new custom poller . Attached is the error upon clicking finish when Im almost done with the creation..

Any help will highly appreciated

Make sure the "SolarWinds Job Scheduler" service is running in the services list.  If it is not running, or having problems, you may get that error message.  If you can start it and it runs fine, great.  Otherwise, I'd open a support ticket.
