monitor several processes with identical names

I have a server that I have to monitor several processes on. My issue is that some of the processes have identical names. The paths to the .EXE files are all different so is it possible to use the path names to monitor processes with identical names?

There is an option for command line filters on the process monitors, you would include file path stuff in there, its just a simple string match from what I have tried.
