How to Uninstall

I'm trying to uninstall a 7.0 evaluation from a Windows 2000 server and I don't seem to be able to do so cleanly. I keep getting an error that says "Could not open INSTALL.LOG file".
I've tried doing this from Add/Remove Programs and also by directly starting the unwise utility. I get the same error either way.
Any ideas? I'd really hate to try to delete everything and clean up the registry manually.

Re-install the program in the exact same location, and then remove/un-install it.
