Customize the addition of found devices within Discovery Central. Use the node properties to conditionally add interfaces and custom pollers, assign values to custom fields, or trigger events.
- Does the Description contain the phrase "Cable Modem"? Set any CPE Interface found to "Display interface as unplugged rather than down".
- Do you have custom pollers for your cable modems? Add them.
- Is there an interface you couldn't care less about? Don't add it.
- Did someone add a wireless router to your network? Fire an alert.
