IIS AppInsight Cache monitors not showing up

I'm getting Performance counter not found for the Cache monitors. Everything else is working fine. The monitors are working on the server looking at performance counter. Windows 2012, IIS 8.5. SAM 2019.4. cache IIS AppInsight Error.jpg

If you go into the Windows Performance Monitor on the Orion system, and connect to the system where the IIS monitor has been applied, do you see the counters under Inter Information Services Global.
