Send Alert Email in HTML format , NPM 10.0

Hello All,

I am using NPM 10.0 , I want to send alert email in HTML format. Is it possible ?? If i put html code in MESSAGE filed of ALERT ?  Right now its not working as , i just receive the text in plain form , no html. Any other way to do this ?

I know this post is a very old one, but my problem is very much the same. Even though I have the lastest NPM version, using the HTML format option is still giving me the a plain black ink email alerts. How is it different from the plain text alert? The HTML format does not seems to be generating HTML emails.

Also, is there is any kind of color coding that we can do with the email alerts just to differentiate the severity ans status of the alerts?

If so, you can use vbs (for example) script for sending alerts. It's supported HTML and other customizations.

I already know this, that in 10.2.2 , we can do this .

But how i can do this in 10.0 , because due to limitation we cannot upgrade right now.

Any other technique or some sort of script ???
