Monitoring Office / Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online) status with Solarwinds OnPremise?

Hi All,

May I know what's the best practice or the best way to get the alert for all Office 365 issue when using SolarWinds SAM monitoring application template?

Because I have already enabled all of the available Office/Microsoft 365 Application templates I can see (using AL1100 licenses), but then I always get bombarded:

Component Top Receivers (Count) of Application "Microsoft Office 365 Mail Traffic Statistics" on outlook.office365.com is
currently in a state of "Down".
Component Top Receivers (Count) of Application "Microsoft Office 365 Mail Traffic Statistics" on outlook.office365.com is
currently in a state of "Up".

With the above type of alert every hourly?
It is rather useless since the alert always resolving itself less than 2 minutes.

@itengineer 2020.2.1 Release introduced new out-of-the-box API Poller templates dedicated to Microsoft 365 monitoring: https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/Success_Center/sam/Content/Release_Notes/sam_2020-2-1_release_notes.htm

That solution is more reliable comparing to Office 365 Application templates.

Let us know if it meets your needs.
