Anyone out there have any nice custom reports that upper managment would like that they can share?
I've been task to start doing metrics reporting on items like t1 circuit outages, branch network availability, etc..
There are some great ones in the Content Exchange area. I have found that sorting on the number of downloads bubbles the best ones to the top. Here is the link.
