I'm so, so, so tired of running into issues with this Product. I spent more time trying to fix it than actually having it work for me!!

Any ideas on why this particular SP doesnt want to install??

I also received this error and non of the sugested solutions worked. Eventually I just rebooted the server and logged on to the console of the system. After the reboot I was able to perform the upgrade.
