Install Lic Key

Anyone exp this problem- on win2k sp3 box, every 2 or 3 days, when open system manager, it asks for installing lic key, it checks vs their srv, install the key... then 2 or 3 days, it comes back again.

Is it possible that you have some anti-virus software or something similar that's cleaning the registry every few days and removing the key?
