Need Group status change when a component went down inside a node

Question

I want the group status to change to warning when an application / component went down inside a node.

currently when any node goes down the group status is changing to Warning. But when an application went down inside a node, the group status is still in Green. Please share your thoughts.

In order to do this, you would need to add the application/component to the group as well as the nodes themselves.
