It appears there is an issue with modifying the Format String for Average of Availability, whether it's a built-in report or a custom report. I am unable to modify the Format String from 0.00 to 0.000. This is very important when reporting on Availability %. Two decimal places is insufficient. Whenever I update the field to three zero's, run the SQL query, save it, close the report, and finally reopen the report, the Format String always reverts back to 0.00.
