I'm trying to setup a utilization advanced alert for interfaces. Problem is that with the trigger and reset criteria set, I only receive the resets, never the initial triggered alert. If I remove any reset criteria, and set it back to reset when trigger conditions are no longer true, I get the alerts. What I need is to have the reset conditions set for a certain time before the reset is sent. Attached are screens of the alert... any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
