Linux) After Uninstall agent software from node, the agent won't work

I am trying to reinstall the agents.

Manage Nodes -> DELETE -> Uninstall agent software from node

I deleted it, but the agent is still in the server. but the agent won't work.

It said "Agent service start error code: 0x1"

How can I delete agent clearly?
