The graphs show an average/min/max utilization for recv and transm. On some interface the average recv and transm add to much more than, perhaps twice the actual physical bandwidth of the circuit. Is this normal? It's rather misleading.
A lot of circuits are full duplex so they should add to 2X the interface speed when very busy.
