Best Way to Change my MySQL Database from Raid 5 to Raid 10

If I have an existing Solarwinds network setup with MySQL set to Raid 5, what do I need to do to change it to Raid 10? Please keep in mind that I am not very savvy with SQL so use novice terms for me.
