Error when using the Component Monitor Wizard

I am seeing the attached error message when I attempt to use the Component Monitor Wizard. Does not mattert the component type or the server that is being scanned. Any ideas? Thanks.

May i know how's the status of the other application monitors?

I'm seeing the same error. I'm on 2020.2.4 and all of the application monitors seem to be working fine.
