Unable to import templates from THWACK

When attempting to import templates, I get the below error.

I have tried resetting my username and password, with no impact.

"The remote server returned an error: (401) unauthorized"

I am certain I am using my THWACK credentials and not my solarwinds support account.

Any thoughts?

I've seen a few threads with similar issues, but not seen any resolution. Seems like some people's accounts just can't auth inside the tool and they have to log in and manually grab them from here
