How Report Writer Orion create Node Availability report with Downtime in Minutes

Hi All,

I created new Availability Details report via Report Writer like the pic below. But with the Percent Down value, can Solarwinds convert percent to minutes ? Because I want to know how many minutes does device not respond ?
