I was wondering if anyone has setup a Shoretel App Monitor that would monitor a voicemail box and send out an alert when it gets close to 500 voicemails? I have the Shoretel SAM App monitor downloaded from THWACk but it just monitors services. We had an issue where our call volume jumped and need something besides keeping the Shoretel App open to see when the vm gets close to 500. Thanks!
