APM Issues

Even after installing SP1 for APM, I am still having some issues.

1) A random monitor will go into unknown status. Clicking on "Edit Application" and then "Submit" will temporarily solve the problem. However after a short period of time (minutes), another random monitor will go into unknown status. It is so random that it has happened across all applications and monitor types.

2) My SNMP Exchange monitors (Process Monitor - SNMP) fail with "Unexpected error occurred. Value was either too large or too small for UInt64." Currently, my other "Process Monitor - SNMP" monitors are working fine.

Is anyone else experiencing these problems?

We're aware of both of these problems, and we're working on an SP2 that addresses them.

I am now receiving the following error on some "Process Monitor - SNMP" monitors:

"Unexpected error occurred. An item with the same key has already been added."

I have not changed the configuration of APM lately, so that error message seems strange to me. Anyone else receiving this message?

I just upgraded to APM 3.0 tonight and Im getting the error

"Unexpected error occurred. Value was either too large or too small for UInt32."

I already have case #82411 open.

I don't think these are the same issues as the beginning of this thread. The Support case will be addressed ASAP.
