Escalate alert based on node or application's group membership?

I'm pretty sure I knew how to do this before, but it's escaping me if i did.

I'd like to escalate alerts to paging people if an alert goes unacknowledged after X minutes if the associated node or application happens to belong to a particular group, say, "Business-critical".

We're running the latest NPM and SAM, if that helps.

Suggestions?

So, in order for the original alert to still alert on non-business critical conditions, I'd clone that original alert, and set the initial scope as you suggest?
