This really depends on what you your intentions are with regard to Syslogs. Orion has Syslog capabilities; however, these capabilities are intended for alerting purposes only. Orion was not designed to be a log management system and you will run into problems if you try to use it's Syslog capabilities for anything other than Alerting and even with that you need to be careful about how it's implemented.
