MIB DataBase

I have downloaded the latest MIB Database and applied it, but I am not seeing what I had hoped for... I was hoping that the latest MIB(s) for Juniper would show me CPU Utilization. As well, I was hoping for better 3Com support.

After applying the new MIB database, does the Solarwinds server require a restart??

The MIB DB on applies to the SolarWinds Toolsets.
There are no downloadable MIBs for Orion.
