Is it possible to display clocks in Solarwinds? For example have two sites appear on our summary page.

I'd like to display an Eastern time zone clock and Bangalore India clock on our Summary page. Is this possible?

Yes!  You can definitely do this using a Custom HTML resource along with a couple of customized clocks from timeanddate.com.  As an example, see the following HTML:
