Need help with Windows Service Monitors

Hey Guys,

I'm new to the field and to Solar Winds.

For the life of me, I'm unable to find out why I cannot poll these Windows Services. Any ideas at all would be greatly appreciated.

Also, please let me know if I have posted in the wrong area.

If you hover over the info box, what does the popup message say?

I'm assuming the other counters that are working are using RPC rather than WMI. The issue is that WMI connectivity cannot be established. Have you tried using the WMI troubleshooting guide provided by SolarWinds to ensure WMI connectivity between the Orion server and the target?

You are correct. I haven't yet seen this guide but have been searching for something like it for a few days now. Sometimes when you're new, a search provides to much information! I will read this guide now and post back with my results.
