Can Solarwinds be integrated with Zabbix?

Integrated in what ways? Certainly the two can be integrated, but it's far more common that SAM replaces Zabbix than is integrated since there is a fair degree of overlap between the two. What exactly are you trying to achieve?

We have Solarwinds SAM, but we didnt have too much tokens and my boss dont want to buy new ones, So we want to implement a new monitoring software similar, I dont know if you know another one better I will thanks you to suggest me, but I find Zabbix, and I need to know if I can integrate and centralize them, to implement Zabbix on the new clients.

You can feed alerts from Zabbix into Orion using things like Syslog and SNMP Traps, You can even incorporate parts of the Zabbix web interface into Orion using the Custom HTML resource, or add links to the Zabbix web console to the menu bar or via the User Links Resource.
