I am testing custom templates in SAM settings. I have created a template that monitors a windows service (print spooler) on a server that doesn't use that service. The template sees when that service is up and down, which is good and what I want. But now when creating an alert for when the service is down, but node is up, I am not getting any alerts/emails. I have followed two articles when doing this.

Here in my screenshot, you can see it looks just about the same as the second link above. I've only changed the second two to "is equal to" for testing purposes as "is not equal to" also did not work for me. It know this doesn't work because at the end in the summary tab. a message in the bottom right show "This alert would be immediately triggered on 0 object(s) in alert scope". This is obviously not what I want. How can I get this alert to work?
