trying to find out how many licenses (CALs) to purchase for my 2016 database upgrade.
I am getting that I only need one CAL for the all my licensing need from SW support.
My DB 3rd party vendor is saying that I need a CAL for each user that uses the SW monitoring application.
Any assistance / experiences here ?
