The common net-snmp service in most linux distro's doesn't include that info natively, you have to extend it and set up a custom poller in Orion to check whatever value you set in the extended tables. This is discussed in this previous post:

An alternative that may be simpler is just to use the Linux agent that Solarwinds released with SAM 6.3, it basically does away with everything that linux net-snmp gets wrong.
