Trying to get anything to work via APM HTTP User Experience.   Applications / app monitor templates / http user exp / edit..

I put in an url and also a search string then set a test node then test.  I am running a packet capture on the test node and I see it is sending the string but the edit page on the APM just spins with 'Testing on node n.n.n.n pending'   It never completes.   thank you

do other monitors (for example process monitor) tests work? Does polling itself work for other monitors? If not, you may need to restart "SolarWinds Job Engine" and "SolarWinds Job Scheduler" services.

I would also try to test HTTP UX monitor against some public page, for example google.com or so. If it works for other pages there may be some issue with APM server settings blocking incoming communication from target node.

Also note that HTTP UX monitor doesn't work with frames and javascript on page so if you have some content in a frame or generated by javascript, monitor can't find it.

If nothing from above helps, you should open a support ticket for this issue.
