Is it possible to generate a report on list of node that has no CPU and Memory list resources being monitored?

Do you need a report to show only nodes monitored by ICMP? Or is it a report that shows nodes that are monitored via WMI that has null CPU? Or a report to show nodes that have CPU, memory but is in an unknown state?

...or SNMP/WMI nodes that would be capable to collect CPU&Memory info but are not because list resources results for them were never submitted checked/enabled?
