Component monitor status is not licensed

Hi,

Anybody know the cause of this message when you hold the curser over the round status circle next to the component in APM? - Component monitor status is not licensed.

I have managed to add some servers and the circle status for the components for those boxes is showing as green. I dont understand why it differes per server. Does anybody have any ideas? Is it a licensing issue with SolarWinds?

Looks like we have a licensing issue. Need to contact Solarwinds.

Hello grichardson661,
if you reach license limit, you still have as many components running as is your license limit. Components above this limit are shown as "Not licensed".

What kind of license do you have? Have you reached your limit? You can check it in Admin->APM Settings->License Summary (last item on the page).

Yup. You've probably created more APM component monitors than you have licenses for. Check how many components are left in your license: Licensing
