SFTP/SCP server

Can someone help me?

I get it to open port 22, on the router Intelbras wrn 140. I can access the SFTP server locally. But externally it has no access. I'm not using No-ip. I have real / fixed IP, provided by my local internet provider, here in my city. A question, in the SFTP / SCP Server's TCP / IP Settings settings do I put the ip of my computer's network card, or ip physical / real, provided by my internet provider ?.

You need the local machine's ip address in the settings, you also need to forward the port in the router(port22) to your local ip.
