Allow Customize Views for Select Views

I want to give the ability to customize the views in Orion to a specific AD group. However, I do not want them to be able to edit all of the views. Furthermore, I do not want to restrict them from seeing the other views. Is this possible?

To the best of my knowledge "NO" this isn't possible.
