Noticed the current version of SolarWinds APM does not have Log File Monitoring bundled with it.
Need suggestions on a good Log File monitor to use from Thwack.

Can you elaborate on this? What kind of log are you referring to, a simple text log? What are you looking for a log monitor to do; alert you if a keyword is found in the log?
Monitor log files on server \c$\inetpub\logs\Logfiles\W3SVC1\ and alert on Error matching "401 1" and "500 0" in the following logs.
Example:

u_ex110818.log
