When it rain it pours...
We just had a power bump and I see at least a dozen down nodes in both me web view and in the System Manager yet I never received an email notification (which is a node down trigger). I looked at the Alert service and restarted it just in case - nothing.
I looked in the Advanced Alerts (no grouping) and do not see them show up in there.
I then went to the Configure Advanced Alert and tested the Node down alert and it worked.
Can someone tell me why the down devices are not showing up in the advance alerts nor triggered?
