Sigh, I just applied SP3 to 2 of my Orion 9 servers - without issue. On the third one it erroed out but "appears" to be working. It errored out at the end about the web site. On this particular server I am using SSL instead of http so I am not sure if this was why.
In any case I see that the web site did in fact come back up and shows SP3.
